Hi all, welcome to today’s blog post with the new Victorian Garden collection from Spellbinders. Using the circle stencil I ink blending with the Distress Oxide Seedless preserves, worn lipstick and spun sugar ink. To blend the Distress Oxide inks, I used the dome blending foam tool for the colours within the circle stencil. I mounted the blended panel on a black card side folding base. I heat-embossed the Victorian Garden foliage etched die with Gold Rich embossing powder. I adhered the die cut down in the middle of the ink blended circle. For the sentiment, I used the ‘Just Wanted to say’ glimmer plates along with the Gold Foil on black cardstock.
Hi all, welcome to today’s blog post with the Victorian Garden Collection from Spellbinders designed by Susan Tierney-Cockburn. I first created a background ink-blended panel using an oval stencil. The stencil comes in two parts I used the version with the oval gap in the middle. With an ink blending tool, I first started with Distress Ink Picked Raspberry in the middle of the oval working my hand in circular motions towards the out part getting light and lights with my ink blending. I then worked with the Distress Wilted Violet ink starting from the outer edge and working my way in until the inks meet and blend.
I then die cut the Southern Magnolia etched die from the Victorian Garden collection white cardstock for the floral and Primary Chartreuse embossed panel for the leaves. I did add some Mustard seed in the middle of the florals to add depth. I adhere down and assembled the floral dies in the center of the ink-blended mat panel. For the sentiment I used the Just Wanted to say glimmer plated and used Gold Foil for the sentiment. The sentiment panel has been adhered down with foam tape.
To finish the card, I placed the crystal drops around the panel and a glitter enamel drop in the center of the panel.
Hi all, welcome to today’s blog post for a super talented crafty friend Nancy McCabe. Nancy has collaborated with the UBER fantastic company Spellbinders for her Toolbox Collection. Today, I have used the Nailed it Glimmer plate that comes with a sentiment too. Got to love an all-in-one. I have used Silver foil on white cardstock and mounted both the sentiment and tools on pattern paper from Cocoa Vanilla Studios. AND yes I dusted this off from the hoard vault. As I have mentioned in some previous posts this year I am making my way through my pattern paper stash. Oh don’t get me wrong I will most likely replenish my stash but also wanted to give some light to the beautiful papers I tend to hoard. Anyone else does this? I kept this card rather simple and let the glimmer plate and silver foil do all the work. I mounted the sentiment on foam squares as a little added interest and that’s it.

Hi all, welcome to today’s blog post for the Paper Rose Studio design team. Today, I have die-cut the Feather Trio and embossed it with the WOW! Embossing Powder Luxurious Chocolate embossing powder and boy oh boy does it add a pretty cool-looking texture to the die-cut.
I have created an ombre-style ink blended background panel with Catherine Pooler Fiesta Blue and a Mini dome ink blending sponge end tool. to finish the ink-blended panel off I die cut the panel with Pierced Rectangle die to add a dotted trim around the edges. This die is one of my go-to dies to make the panel look finished. I have matted the ink blended panel on black cardstock and then mounted it on a white side folding card base. For the sentiment, I have used a pre-printed sentiment from the Big Sentiments 1.0 pack. These make for a great quick and easy card creation.
Hi all, welcome to today’s blog post for a super talented crafty friend Nancy McCabe. Nancy has collaborated with the UBER fantastic company Spellbinders for her Toolbox Collection. For today’s card, I have die-cut silver & black cardstock with the ‘All the etched dies’ created an array of tools to assemble. My liquid adhesive of choice was Mono Tombow. For the local die shape, I ran that through the Origami 3D embossing folder then ink blended with Distress Ink Prize Ribbon. I adhere the tools down on this oval panel with the centre spanner tool with foam adhesive.
I have used the ‘Just wanted to say” glimmer plates with Silver Foil on white cardstock for the sentiment. I mounted the sentiment piece on black cardstock, then used foam adhesive on the card front.
Hi all, welcome to today’s blog post for Paper Rose Studio. I have used the Ella’s Garden Leafy Circle die and heat embossed it with the Minty Twinkle from the WOW! Trio Twinkly Fizz *Sara Naumann* set. I matted this to a green woodgrain pattern paper and trimmed around the circle behind it. For the card base, size I matted a beautiful floral pattern both pattern papers are from the Violet Dream pack. For ease of card assembly I was able to use the sentiment and little florals from the coordinating die cut pack. To finish the card off I used some floss twine.
