Hi All and welcome to my first blog post with Trinity Stamps. It is an honor that I am joining this wonderful and talented team to show case and bring to you a brand new company.
I will be creating weekly youtube videos where I will be show casing my card creations with this company.
Today I will be playing the the Succulent Banner stamps and coordiating dies. SO lets get right into then…..
Today’s card is super simple, I have chosen Versafine Onyx Black Ink which is a waterproof pigment base ink with Ranger Watercolour cardstock. My colouring medium of choice are Zig Clean and Clear markers and copics to added some texture to my over all watercoloured image.
ZIG – Clean Color Real Brush Markers
No. 090 Gray
No. 041 Light Green
No. 043 Olive Green
No. 040 Green
No. 021 Light Carmine
No. 082 Purple
No. 080 Violet
No. 052 Bright Yellow
To add a faux texture over my watercolouring I have used copic markers –
W-5 – Warm Gray No.5
YG63 – Pea Green
G02- Spectrum Green
BG34- Horizon Green
YR23- Yellow Ochre
With WOW! Embossing Powder Opaque Bright in superfine I heat embossed the add-on sentiment directly below the watercolour feature peace.
I have added some sparkle to the card with Trinity mini star sequins (yet to be released in store).
To finish the card off I stamped on a white panel in the inside of the black cardstock cardbase with Lime Rickey Catherine Pooler ink to continue the theme inside the card.
I hope you enjoyed todays card creation for my first ever post and youtube for Trinity Stamps.

Hi All, welcome to another fun blog post for the Craftie Cafe Store. Today I will be focusing on this stampset from Taylored Expressions “Cutting Edge Flowers stamps and dies”
Today I thought I would show you how the Lawn Fawn Yeti ink looks on Kraft coloured cardstock. I have repeat stamped the large floral image from the stampset several tines in random order. Even though this is rather subtle it is just another nice way to have created your own “pattern paper” as such. This is great way for maximizing your supplies with minimal effort.
I find having the Lawn Fawn Yeti ink is ‘must have’ in my ink collection. I love using my white ink in a variety of ways. In my process video for today’s card I have used this ink to make the WOW Embossing Powder which has an iridescent glitter throughout it stand out a little more instead of having used a clear sticky ink such as a versamark. This was a way for the opaqueness of the white ink to make the glitter stand out the little more.
To add a pop of colour I have used Distress Oxide inks and created my own “coloured cardstock ” as such as I have generously applied the Distress Oxide ink on white cardstock with a blending tool. In hind site I could have just swiped the ink pad directly on the cardstock ….. a mental note for myself for next time. Do you have those moments where you realize after the fact there could have been an easier way. Yep that was one of those moments for me here.
Once the distress oxide ink is dried I ran through the Sizzix Bigshot with the Lawn Fawn Mini Pop Up Butterflies dies to cut out these bold butterflies.
I have layered the butterflies that are the same sizes doubling up to add another element to these which I have placed these randomly on the card. The single butterflies that I had remaining I placed on the inside of the card.
Hi All, welcome to my card set creation for the Craftie Cafe design team. I had so much fun playing along with the Ken Oliver Colour Burst range to add some intense vibrancy to my cardset. I have played with these before and let me just say I am so glad I have rediscovered them. I love that initially it doesn’t look like you have put that much of the pigment down but once touched with water it was like an explosion of intense , vibrant and beautiful colours on my cards. I have added water with my Distress Sprayer as it disperses a fine mist when pulled in full spritz mode. Now my biggest tip when it comes to handling these powders is to make sure they are thoroughly dried before touching with your fingers as most likely you will get them on there. Now if you don’t mind having them on your fingers feel free to continue on. But because in my case I was using a white top folding card base I had to be a little more mindful of my hands.
The 3 Colorbursts I have used are Violet, Ultramarine & Phthalo Green. All Ken Oliver colour ranges have an array of pigments in the same colours leaving a range of intensity leaving a WOW factor behind.
For my product focus I have chosen this adorable Lawn Fawn “Meow You Doin” stampset. I hope you enjoy my process video with this stampset.
For the dies I have used the Lawn Fawn Cross stitched in the small rectangle and circle range.
Here are the ink colours I have used from the Lawn Fawn range.
I feel like my cardset has a mixed media to it with the stencil, texture paste and the colour burst. I don’t know why I felt compelled to make this type of card but I just had all these items out on my desk and just went for it. My layering process started with the colour burst panel, then stencils and texture paste then dies.
Thanks for visiting and would love to hear from you.
Today I made a cute card with the Lawn Fawn “Meow You Doin?” stampset. One of my all time favourite techniques is creating my own background by repeat stamping. In this case I have heat embossed by using the a clear sticky ink as well as a clear hologram sparkle embossing powder from WOW Embossing.
I have kept today’s card very simple which I have added bold bright colours from the Lawn Fawn Rainbow 6 x 6 inch Paper Pack placed behind the die cut heart window of the heat embossed panel & rainbow cardstock pack.
The card base is a white top folding base as this is my favourite type of card to use which I cut an score in bulk to have handy at all times. I stamped the cat and the tin of tuna stamp with Versafine Onyx Black ink which I have hand cut out. I chose not to colour the images in this time as I liked the stark white that coordinates with the card base and to coordinate white on the pattern paper.
Using the same paper pack I chose to heat emboss with Lawn Fawn White embossing powder on a panel for the sentiment. To finish the card off I have added some pretty pink posh clear sequins.
